Guiding Philosophy

Ask the Right Questions

Explore the evidence. If you don't have any, undertake engagement to gather it. Understand the situation. Is it simple or complex, and what methodology is appropriate to ensure understanding and insight?

Utilise Best Practice

Look for similar situations globally. What worked, what didn't. What experts are available to enlist as mentors/support. What may be readily adoptable that doesn't require reinventing the wheel?

Evaluate and Adjust

Be clear on the outcomes sought and have a process to get there. Evaluate as you go, and adjust if required. Ensure the voice of the target audience is given weight.
